A Chicago man, who was driving a stolen vehicle, allegedly recklessly chased down a motorcyclist and then intentionally crashed into the motorcycle right as the rider got off of it in Woodstock.

The Woodstock Police Department responded around 8:29 p.m. Thursday to the area of Route 14 and Dean Street for a driving complaint.
