Prosecutors say a 20-year-old man struck multiple cars, including intentionally ramming one car at least four times, before trying to hit pedestrians with his car in Waukegan.

The Waukegan Police Department responded around 9:50 p.m. Saturday to the area of 604 Grand Avenue for a call of a hit-and-run crash.
