A convicted felon allegedly armed with five guns pointed a gun at a child, threatening to “shoot everyone,” before a standoff ensued with the police in North Chicago.

The North Chicago Police Department responded around 9:30 p.m. Monday to the 1400 block of Hervey Avenue for a report of a man with a gun.
