An 18-year-old man was charged in connection to the homicide of a 20-year-old man during a gun exchange outside a Zion apartment building on Wednesday.

Brian Rodriguez, 18, of Winthrop Harbor, was charged with three counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, a Class 4 felony.
