ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. — A 15-year-old girl was eating dinner inside a Round Lake Beach home Wednesday night when a bullet entered the residence and struck her.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of Cherokee Drive on the report of an injured person at around 9:10 p.m.
