A major police response was sent and a suspect with a rifle was arrested after over 300 people attending a party refused to disperse and became unruly in Antioch.

The Antioch Police Department responded around 10 p.m. Saturday to the 200 block of Ida Avenue in Antioch for a loud noise complaint.
