A Beach Park man has been charged after he was found with an AR-15 with a drum magazine loaded with “penetrator rounds” during a massive party with more than 300 people in Antioch.

The Antioch Police Department responded around 10 p.m. Saturday to a loud noise complaint involving a large party in the 200 block of Ida Avenue in Antioch.
