Man wounded after shots fired while crowd gathered in parking lot in Waukegan

A man was shot after shots were fired causing chaos as a large crowd gathered near an office building in Waukegan early Saturday morning.

The Waukegan Police Department responded around 1:15 a.m. Saturday to the area of Greenbay Office Suites, 2835 Belvidere Road in Waukegan.
