Two men have been charged after an armed home invasion where a shot was fired and a victim was robbed of his own gun in Gurnee, prompting schools to go on lockdown.

The Gurnee Police Department responded around 11 a.m. Friday to the 100 block of Minthaven Court in Gurnee for an armed robbery.
