A Waukegan man was ordered held on a $3 million bond after prosecutors say he unsuccessfully tried to flee police on a dirt bike and ran away on foot while armed with a gun in Waukegan.

Alejandro Sanchez-Valladares, 23, of Waukegan, was charged with two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, resisting a peace officer causing injury, driving without a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving a non-highway vehicle.
