A man allegedly broke into a woman’s car at the veteran’s hospital in North Chicago and stole documents with her personal information, later calling her and threatening to kill her.

Robert S. Jackson, 55, of North Chicago, was charged with harassment threatening to kill person, a Class 4 felony.
