Prosecutors say a Waukegan man, who was covered in cocaine and found with a gun and other drugs, tried running from officers after they conducted a traffic stop on an Uber in Zion.

Santos L. Martinez, 25, of Waukegan, was charged with manufacturing or delivery of cocaine, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a weapon and resisting a peace officer.
