CHICAGO — Felony charges have been filed against a teen boy accused of shooting a 19-year-old woman following a robbery on the city’s West Side in June.

According to police, the 17-year-old boyu, who has not been identified due to his age, has been charged with one felony count of attempted first-degree murder and one felony count of armed robbery with the discharge of a firearm.
