A SWAT team assisted officers in taking a Chicago man into custody after he was wanted for firing shots at another car on Route 41 in Highland Park, officials said.

The shooting happened around 2:10 p.m. on August 15 in the area of Route 41 and Central Avenue in Highland Park.
