A sexual predator, who is on pre-trial release for violating his registration requirements, was arrested after police caught him at the Illinois Beach State Park near Zion over the weekend.

Thomas K. Barr, 53, of Zion, was charged with sexual predator loitering in a public park and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver.
