SURPRISE, AZ – Raad Noan Almansoori, 26, was taken into custody in Scottsdale, AZ after leading authorities in three states across the nation on a chase that involved kidnapping and sexual assault in Florida, the murder of a woman in New York City, the armed robbery of a Phoenix woman, and the brutal stabbing of an 18-year-old woman at a Surprise McDonalds.
