A man who was found shot at a gas station in Waukegan claimed he was shot by suspects who were impersonating the police and had pulled him over in Park City Saturday morning.

The Waukegan Police Department and Waukegan Fire Department responded around 3:38 a.m. Saturday to the BP gas station, 2930 Belvidere Road in Waukegan, for a gunshot victim.
