A 21-year-old man has been charged after prosecutors say he was found with a loaded gun after he and another person showed up at a psychiatric hospital in Waukegan with gunshot wounds.

Darius D. Redmond, 21, of Wheeling, was charged in July with three counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
