Authorities have arrested a suspect who allegedly carjacked and injured a victim in the parking lot of the Lake Forest Oasis before leading state police on a pursuit on Interstate 94.

The Illinois State Police responded around 3:40 a.m. Thursday to the Lake Forest Oasis, 13783 East Oasis Service Rd in Lake Forest, for a report of a theft.
