A juvenile has been charged with murder for allegedly fatally shooting a 23-year-old man who was traveling in a vehicle near the College of Lake County in Grayslake in September.

The Grayslake Police Department responded around 10:30 a.m. on September 17 to Northwestern Medicine Center Grayslake, 1475 East Belvidere Road, for a call of a gunshot victim.
