A former employee is charged with threatening to shoot up a Taco Bell in Waukegan and shoot a co-worker after she was fired and became upset, prosecutors said.

Shawnell C. Edwards, 23, of North Chicago, was charged with one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
