A convicted felon was ordered held on a $350,000 bond after prosecutors say he randomly fired multiple shots after getting out of a vehicle in Zion.

Epstein D. Scott, 47, of Zion, was charged with two counts of felon in possession or use of a firearm and four counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon enhanced.
