Charges have been filed against a man accused of committing a home invasion in Waukegan and leading police on a 100 mph chase that ended in an officer-involved shooting in Antioch.

Collin R. Monahan, 25, of Antioch, was charged with home invasion, two counts of aggravated fleeing to elude, criminal damage to government-supported property, aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated assault of a peace officer and one count of domestic battery.
