Four armed suspects were taken into custody after authorities say a mother had a gun pointed at her head and was carjacked in Waukegan before the suspects led police on a chase through Lake County.

The Waukegan Police Department responded around 2 p.m. Sunday to the Target, 3050 North Lewis Avenue in Waukegan, for a report of an armed vehicular hijacking.
