A 22-year-old man was arrested following a 17-mile police pursuit after he allegedly burglarized a home in Waukegan where he stole belongings and a resident’s car.

Henry M. Yates, 22, of North Chicago, was charged with residential burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, theft over $500 and two counts of aggravated fleeing to elude.
