A Mundelein man was arrested following a months-long investigation where he was accused of selling over 1,300 fentanyl pills during undercover stings in Lake County.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Group (SIG) recently concluded an investigation into Alejandro I. Dominguez, 42, of Mundelein.
