Three Lake County sheriff’s canines helped track down a missing person and aid in the arrest of four suspects in separate incidents over a three-day span, officials said.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said Canine Axel was requested by the Vernon Hills Police Department to the 500 block of Townline Road around 2:50 p.m. Thursday.
