Police have announced murder charges against two gunmen accused of fatally shooting a man and a woman “for no reason” as the victims walked down the sidewalk in Waukegan.

The Waukegan Fire Department and Waukegan Police Department responded around 4:20 p.m. February 24 to the 400 block of Powell Avenue in Waukegan for a shooting.
