3 transported to hospital after stolen vehicle rams police cars, strikes officer in Waukegan

Two suspects were taken into custody after a stolen car rammed police cars and struck a police officer in the parking lot of a Starbucks in Waukegan Saturday morning.

The Waukegan Police Department was investigating a stolen vehicle around 10 a.m. Saturday at the Starbucks, 3300 Grand Avenue.
