CHICAGO — In a string of break-ins across Chicago Thursday morning, a liquor store owner expresses his frustration as he experienced his fourth burglary of the month.

Two businesses were burglarized within minutes of each other in Lakeview early Thursday morning, including Galleria Liquors in Lakeview.
