A judge called a man the “poster child for dangerousness” and ordered him detained pre-trial after the man was arrested for possessing a gun in Waukegan while on probation for a gun charge.

Juliano A. Ramirez, 20, of Park City, was charged with three counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and criminal trespass to vehicle.
