An Algonquin man has been charged with murder after prosecutors say he shot another man multiple times, killing him, during an argument along Metra tracks in Kane County.

Brian Hurtado, 20, of Algonquin, was charged with four counts of first-degree murder, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a firearm by a street gang member.
