The FBI is investigating after officers responding to a panic alarm discovered a bank had been robbed by a man who implied he had a gun in Waukegan.

The Waukegan Police Department responded around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday to Fifth Third Bank, 702 North Green Bay Road in Waukegan.
