As the world seems to be burning on numerous fronts—Israel and Ukraine come to mind—it might be a good time to revisit a speech given by Chi Haotian, who served as China’s Minister of National Defense between 1993 and 2003.
In 2005, The Epoch Times reprinted a speech of Chi’s in which he described the “annihilation of the West” and Chinese world domination. Three years ago, the speech was reprinted in the J.R. Nyquist Blog.
