A Lyft driver was carjacked by two riders who ordered him out of the car at gunpoint and stole his car in Waukegan amid a spike in rideshare robberies.

The Waukegan Police Department responded around 4:40 a.m. Wednesday to the BP gas station, 902 Grand Avenue in Waukegan.
