A 22-year-old Lindenhurst man was arrested Tuesday and charged with the murder of a 38-year-old man who was fatally shot while in a vehicle in Chicago, police said.

The Chicago Police Department said a 38-year-old man was sitting in a vehicle on June 16 in the 5000 block of West Altgeld Street in Chicago.
