A woman was arrested after prosecutors say she possessed a stolen car and crashed into a police car while trying to flee from officers in Waukegan.

Osana M. Shreve, 26, of Waukegan, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, theft over $500, resisting a peace officer, criminal damage to state-supported property, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license.
