A man and a woman were seriously injured after a gunman, who police have identified, shot them in the parking lot of a packaging plant in Waukegan late Wednesday evening.

The Waukegan Police Department and Waukegan Fire Department responded around 11:14 p.m. Wednesday to Bolke Miller Company, 1350 Bridge Drive in Waukegan, for a shooting.
