A convicted felon wanted for “recklessly” firing multiple shots inside an apartment building in Woodstock with a stolen gun has been arrested.

Donzell D. Adams, 32, of Woodstock, was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm, felon in possession of a weapon and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon subsequent offense.
