CHICAGO — Some residents in Chicago’s West Loop say they are on edge after a break-in and theft occurred just feet from where people were sleeping.

 Residents describe a loud sound of smashing glass after a suspect allegedly threw a rock through a door of a condo complex near Monroe Street and Loomis Street late Monday night.  Once inside, the person made off with dozens of packages.
