STOCKTON, CA – The Biden administration’s legacy of Americans killed by illegal aliens who entered the country across the porous southern border continues after a mother and two of her three children were killed last month in a deadly house fire started by one of those illegal aliens, Fox News Digital reports. 

Police in Stockton announced that Jose Carmen Cardona, 59, has been arrested in connection with the deadly blaze. A source with knowledge of the investigation told Fox News Digital that Cardona has been deported three times and returned to the United States each time.
