Prosecutors say an 18-year-old man out on bond for allegedly firing shots into an occupied home in Crystal Lake violated his bond conditions by going near the victim’s residence.

Joel B. Kattner, 18, of the 600 block of Concord Drive in Crystal Lake, was charged on October 6 with aggravated discharge of a firearm, use of a stolen firearm in the commission of a crime, possession of a stolen firearm, reckless discharge of a firearm and defacing a firearm.
