Police searching for gunman who fired over a dozen rounds in Long Grove neighborhood

Police are searching for a gunman who randomly fired over a dozen shots in a quiet residential area in Long Grove Tuesday evening, officials said.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office responded around 7 p.m. Tuesday to the area of Checker Road and Countryside Lane in Long Grove for a report of shots fired.
