(The Center Square) – A downstate judge has ruled that Illinois cannot suspend a person’s Firearm Owner’s Identification card when they have been charged with a crime but not yet convicted.

Attorney Thomas Maag said his clients Aaron and Charles Davis were celebrating Independence Day years ago and fired guns into the ground at their home.
