CHICAGO — The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) investigators on Thursday responded to an off-duty officer-involved shooting in the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

SkyCam9 flew above the scene in the 2700 block of N. Halsted St., where police activity was visible.
