Illegal immigrant who kicked NYPD officer in Times Square takes plea deal; serving less than one year in jail

NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Monday, July 29th, one of several illegal immigrants accused of assaulting two New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers earlier this year has accepted a plea deal.
