The father of the accused Highland Park parade shooter appeared in court Tuesday and prosecutors say the process of turning evidence over to the defense has been delayed.

The Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Robert Crimo Jr., 58, of Highwood, in mid-December with seven counts of reckless conduct causing great bodily harm.
