Lake County Sheriff Canine Dax tracked down a man who allegedly fled from police and caused a crash that left a woman seriously injured in Round Lake, authorities said.

William Neely Jr., 25, of Ingleside, was charged with failure to report a crash with injury, aggravated fleeing to elude, two counts of reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, two counts of disregarding a traffic control device, speeding and improper turn signal.
