MIDLAND, TX- An illegal alien who had been deported numerous times has claimed his latest victim, this time a 10-year-old boy walking home from school, Breitbart News reported. 

Rogelio Ortiz-Olivas, 50, a five-time loser in the deportation merry-go-round, is suspected of drunk driving and evading responsibility in the deadly hit-and-run crash that killed 10-year-old Alex “AJ” Wise, Jr.
