A Park City man was arrested in Gurnee by law enforcement after he and a second Lake County man were charged with fatally shooting a teenager in Chicago.

The Chicago Police Department said a 17-year-old boy was walking on the sidewalk around 2:20 a.m. on May 20 in the 2000 block of North Pulaski Road in Chicago.
